J.V.KAUNA uses Royal Mail for all parcels using a ‘signed for’ delivery service, please note we are unable to leave items unsigned for on site.

We offer Standard Delivery to United Kingdom

Free shipping on orders over £60.

Orders are processed only on Monday's, Wednesday's & Friday's, as we are a small business. If you order before 12pm GMT on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday your order will be dispatched same day.

If you order after 12pm it will be processed the next dispatch day i.e. if you order at 5pm on a Monday your order will be dispatched on the next dispatch day, which is Wednesday. 

All orders from Saturday or Sunday are processed on a Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Returns

We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

All sale items are final purchases.
